Shipping Policy

At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico.

We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Please note that we are unable to accept international billing addresses or PO Box billing addresses at this time.

Please review your shipping information at checkout to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@justhuman.shop. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

FREE standard ground shipping available within the United States on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

We also offer Expedited shipping within the United States chargeable to you at a standard rate. It will be displayed to you on checkout, in the shipping options. 

 

Shipping Methods, Costs, And Times

Standard ground shipping (2-7 business days*): FREE

Two-day shipping on orders $200+ (3-4 business days*): FREE

*FedEx business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 

Shipping time applies to the transit time, but does not reflect the processing time to prepare, pack, and ship your order from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.

 

Please allow additional transit time for APO/FPO military addresses, as well as deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to support@justhuman.shop immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel single items from an order. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any canceled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please send an email to info@justhuman.com.

 

If you need to update your shipping address, please send an email to support@justhuman.shop immediately.

 

 

What's your return policy? 

We’re sure you’ll love our products and have the confidence in the Just Human way, thus we accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase

All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label.

Unfortunately, We do not accept international returns at this time. 

 

How does the return take place?

If you would like to return an item purchased on justhuman.shop, please contact us at info@justhuman.com. We will be happy to assist with a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.

  1. COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM & PRINT THE PRE-PAID LABEL

Return labels will be sent to the email address attached to your original order unless otherwise specified. Returns can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included.

  1. PACK YOUR RETURN

Please pack the products and include the return form. Attach the prepaid return label to the box and ship it back to us by bringing the return to the carrier on the return label. All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed - otherwise we will not be able to authorize the full refund. 

 

 

Once your return is received, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed; the amount will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax. Returns for orders paid by gift cards will be processed to a new gift card that will be emailed to the customer’s original email. If your return has been rejected after inspection, we will notify you via email.

 

Please note: Only items purchased on justhuman.shop may be accepted for return. If you purchased your JustHuman product through some other channel such as Retail or Amazon, please contact them for assistance.

 

Can I return product bundles? 

Product bundles or however they may be referred to are only eligible for returns if all of the pieces of the bundle are included in the return. Returns received that have not been discussed with Customer Care that are not in compliance with our Return Policies will be held for 7 days until we receive the return form. If outside the 30 day return timeframe, products will be returned to the sender at their expense or donated.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any of our products purchased through www.justhuman.shop

 

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at support@justhuman.shop. 

 If the package is missing, notify us within 48 hours of the scanned delivery date at support@justhuman.shop. We will start a trace with the carrier and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
