Headquartered in California USA, SwanRose Inc is an affiliate company of Jagatjit Industries Limited (JIL). JIL is a publicly listed company on the Mumbai stock exchange. It was founded in 1944 by Mr. LP Jaiswal under the patronage of Maharaja Jagatjit Singh of the erstwhile state Kapurthala. It is one of the oldest liquor companies in India, one of five that have a pan-India presence. JIL’s portfolio of brands includes whiskies, rum, brandy, vodka and gin, catering to mass market India.

Ms. Roshini Sanah Jaiswal, the founding family member and Chief Restructuring Officer of Jagatjit Industries Ltd., is CEO of SwanRose Inc. 

Under her leadership, in April 2020, Swanrose Inc. started manufacturing alcohol-based hand sanitizers in response to the current crisis as a new business line in the Health & Safety space. In a few short months, we established production & distribution agreements across India, UAE, China and the US. Going forward we aim to be amongst the leading global players in the Health & Safety space.
